The dates for our Nashville/Brentwood 2012 luncheons are as follows: February 9th, April 12, September 13th, and November 8th  When you submit your information, please be sure and let us know for what months you are wanting to sponsor.

It's a smart decision to become a sponsor because there are many benefits to linking arms with us as you can see from the list below. 

If you have products to sell or just want to promote your business, we would love to have you!

  •  The first important benefit is that you, and your business name, website, and contact information  will be listed in our invitation which goes out three times before  each event to over 600 ladies.
  • Secondly, you will have a 6 foot table, tastefully decorated with a white tablecloth and a white skirt, set up at our luncheon on which you may display your items for sale or showcase your business.
  •  Thirdly, supply us with a paragraph (about 150 words) about your company and products and we will announce you as a sponsor at the beginning of the luncheon.  
  • Women will be able to shop 30 minutes before the luncheon from 11:00-11:30 and they have time after the luncheon ends to shop as well. 

You may put a gift certificate, coupon, flier, or business card at each table setting.  We average about 50 women at each luncheon. 

Sponsors are asked to contribute a door prize. You may want to buy something from our monthly sponsor, Lifeway,  or one of the other sponsors the day of the event as your door prize.

Sponsorship Options:

Marketplace Vendors

  • Cost is $25.00(whole table 15 for half) + $18 (lunch).
  • We supply a 6’ table with a white tablecloth and skirt around it. 
  • You may put any display items on it that you like.
  • You will have about 2 minutes to tell about your business during the luncheon at Brentwood Country Club (not at the Connect Group meetings)
  • Marketplace Vendors will no longer be advertised on our monthly flyers, only Corporate Sponsors (see below)

Corporate Sponsors get all the same things as above but your lunch is free plus:

  • Your business name is sent out to about 800 ladies 8 times a year with your contact information and a live website link to your website.
  • In addition to that, we will feature your business on a special page of our cwm website as well as our MeetUp group web page. 
  • Your name will also be seen on tent cards located on the tables at our luncheons and at connect group meetings as well as at our Women's Extravaganza on Thursday, April 12 (see below)   The one-time cost for Corporate Sponsorship is only $400 for the year (see what you get for a $600 sponsorship below) Great deal don't you think?
  • We also offer a $600 Corporate Sponsorship. You receive all the above plus we will make a banner for you and display it at our luncheons and our spring extravaganza (see below).  If you already have one, you may set it up at our luncheons and at our spring extravaganza.

Remember, only our corporate sponsors will be listed on the emails that go out 8 times a year.  This is a change from 2011 where all the sponsors were listed.


Women's Extravaganza: One event that we are especially excited about is our spring Women’s Extravaganza (date to be announced.)   As a corporate sponsor, you would also be able to have a table, a two minute intro about your business, and a free lunch. We will combine our Spring Hill and Nashville Chapter for this event and expect to have a great turn-out.
